In K-Fuze; screenshots, relevant files, and others can be added to the ticket as an attachment.
- Expand Support and click <Project Name> Tickets.
- Filter and locate the ticket for which to add an attachment.
- Click the ID to open in edit mode.
- Click the Attachment tab. Note: If adding the attachment to a ticket being created, skip steps 1-3.
- Click the Add Attachment button - Plus (+) button in the toolbar.
- Browse to the file to add and click Open.
- Repeat steps 5 and 6 to add multiple attachments.
- Click Save when finished.
