Add a Ticket Event for New Comments

  • Expand Administration and click Ticketing.
  • From the Select a Project drop down, click the project for which to add events.
  • Click the Events tab.
  • Click the Add Comment Event drop down and chose the JavaScript to run when a ticket is submitted.
  • Click its checkmark to save.
