Delete a Ticket Project
- Expand Administration and click Ticketing.
- From the Select a Project drop down, click the ticket project to delete.
- On the Properties tab, click the Delete drop down.
- To delete only the tickets, click Delete All Tickets for Project.
- To delete the project and its tickets, click Delete Tickets and Project.
- At the confirmation prompt, click Proceed.
- At the second confirmation prompt, enter YES in the provided field, and click Delete.
