K-Fuze provides the capability to copy tickets that are similar in nature instead of recreating each individually.
- Expand the Support menu.
- Click the ticket project name of the ticket to copy.
- Locate the ticket and click the ID to open in edit mode.
- In the ticket masthead, click Copy/Move.
- At the confirmation prompt, click Copy.
- From the drop down, select the ticket project where to copy the ticket into and click OK.
- The copied ticket opens in edit mode where the title reflect the previous ticket name with the ticket number it is copied from.
