As an agent, there might be instances where you need to delete a specific comment from a ticket. In order to perform the steps below, please make sure you have the appropriate permissions.
- Expand Support and click the ticket project of the ticket to edit.
- In the Ticketing List grid, locate the ticket, and click its ID to open in edit mode.
- Click the Comments tab.
- Locate the comment to delete and click the Delete (Trash Can) icon.
- At the confirmation prompt, click Delete.
