As an agent, there might be instances where you need to edit a specific comment on a ticket. In order to perform the steps below, please make sure you have the appropriate permissions.
- Expand Support and click the ticket project of the ticket to edit.
- In the Ticketing List grid, locate the ticket, and click its ID to open in edit mode.
- Click the Comments tab.
- Locate the comment to edit and click the Edit icon.
- Make the necessary modifications to the comment details section and click the Update button.
